Junior Padel Summer Camp:
This is an overnight camp with full board at a University Residence, with the following schedule:
8:00 – Wake up and breakfast
9:15 – Introduction to daily objectives / Technical training and work with the fitness coach
Each morning focuses on specific areas that will be applied in the afternoon.
12:00 – Stretching and session review
12:30 – Pool time or rest
13:30 – Lunch
14:00 – Nap
16:00 – Tactical training
Conditioned matches focused on the morning objectives, matches with coaches, competition
17:30 – Seminars and video analysis
Aimed at improving mental skills and teamwork with your playing partner
20:00 – Dinner
21:00 – Scheduled activity
22:30 – Lights out / Sleep
